Training Programs
We know training can be intimidating, expensive, time-consuming, and plain scary.
At Dogs Like Ed, judgement is off-limits. Our dream is to help as many dogs live to their fullest potential. Our programs range from $200-2800, additional payment options are available.
Board & Train
Two Week: Your dog will stay with us Monday through Friday learning everything they need to know to be successful in the home as well as in public settings. Worry not, your dog will make it home for the weekend so they can practice what they learned with you! Skills learned will include: come, sit, place, heel, leave it, break, confidence building, controlled greetings, impulse control, and leash manners.
Four Week: This program includes everything the Two Week program does in addition to off leash control. Additional skills learned: down, remote sitting/downing, recall around distractions, boundary training, off leash heeling.
for people who feel busier than ever!
One on One Lessons
The Puppy (2 Lessons): This program is for dogs 4 months and younger. We will teach the basics of what a puppy needs to get off to a good start in life. This program is best paired with a further obedience program. Skills learned will include: crate training, potty training, name recognition, come, sit, place.
The Basics (6 Lessons): We will meet once a week to teach your dog new skills/obedience to be successful in everyday life. Skills learned will include: come, sit, place, heel, leave it, break, confidence building, controlled greetings, impulse control, and leash manners.
The Deluxe (8 Lessons): This program will include everything in The Basics program plus off leash control and additional public lessons. Additional skills learned: down, remote sitting/downing, recall around distractions, boundary training, off leash heeling.
